We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-demand seasons, the estimated delivery time may increase. In general, it takes 2-3 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If you haven’t received your order within six days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@efabby.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
