Order Processing and Cancellation:

  • All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped.
  • Once the packaging and shipping process has started (within 2 days), orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds:

  • We aim to make every customer happy, and we offer the following guarantees:
    • Refund if the item is not as described or damaged.
    • Refund minus the shipping cost if the customer decides not to keep the product. The item must be returned unused at the customer’s expense to our warehouse.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • The customer’s order did not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • The customer’s order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., delayed by a natural disaster).

Refund, Return, and Exchange Process:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Product:
    • The customer must submit photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
  2. Damaged Packaging:
    • If product packaging is damaged but the product is intact, the customer must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
  3. Missing Order:
    • If a package is delivered (based on a tracking number update) but the customer does not receive the item, the customer must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
    • Orders will be deemed delivered and in satisfactory condition if not reported within the specified time frame.

Reporting Issues:

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt. After this period, the product is considered delivered and satisfactory.

Requesting Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email at support@efabby.com, including any necessary evidence.
  2. After approval, return the product to our warehouse: 15795 Rockfield Blvd, Suite GIrvine, CA 92618, USA
  3. Provide a tracking number for the returned item.
  4. Once the tracking number is provided or the returned product is received, a replacement product will be shipped or a refund (minus shipping cost) will be credited back to the original payment method.
